    • Assist in scheduling inspection and appraisal
    • Assist in processing Post Inspection Agreement
    • Assist in scheduling contractors for repairs (upon request)

    • Obtain, process, and send all required docs to title
    • Assist clients in picking out home warranty
    • Status check-ins with lender and title company
    • Obtain Clear to Close
    • Schedule Closing and Final Walk Through
    • Submit final docs for review
